I was in Hampton for business and decided to stay at the Econo Lodge on Mercury Blvd because of it being located right on the major thourough fair through town. The property had a fresh appearance from the road as well as a great looking pool. ( I never did jump in but it looked great)My room was nice but I was really impressed with the attitudes ...

Rude service, poor quality and dirty rooms, our bathroom didn't have running water, the ceiling fell in during the night and we have had a poor customer service response after reporting our problems.
