OK, No cardo equipment in exercise room

Good location, catered food to our conference was great, Rooms were just OK. Carpets were dingy, Exercise room had weight equipment only, was small, NO CARDIO EQUIPMENT, very inadequate for a hotel this size. If you need to exercise, I suggest you call to see if they've upgraded their exercise facility.

Best place to stay in Dallas area

The hotel is very nicely located with free shuttle to shopping center and restaurants. The staff is very friendly. The food is great. The bar is open in the evening with great atmosphere. The smoke in the lobby due to open bar area is a problem. The food is great. Excellent breakfast bar. The rooms are very clean.Air conditioners are a bit noisy.

NASTY PLACE NOISY

I DID NOT LIKE ANYTHING IN THIS PLACE INCLUDIN FOOD FULL OR ROACHES IN THE RESTAURANT...NASTY. rooms are with groomies all over the floors when you turn the air feels different and with odor, when someone is walking upstheir is noisy, disturbing the sleeping nights.

The room was nice. The whole lobby reaked of smoke from the bar. The restuarant was expensive, and you didn't even get very much. They are big on rest and relaxation, but the room was so cold that I couldn't sleep. Great location with lots of restuarants close by and easy access to the freeway.

I hear something up there...

This hotel would have been great for the price IF you could not hear every step taken on the floors above... Nothing sounded like it was directly over head, but all thru the day and night you could hear the noise from above.

Everything else checked out GREAT! Front desk was fine, hotel location was good, room was very clean and well appointed. It's just too bad it was so loud above during most of our stay.
