Major disappointment. I just spent $1600 for two rooms five nights at the
Sheraton in south Padre Island. This was supposed to be a relaxing
family vacation but it was like living in the middle of a major construction zone.
We had scaffolding around our 9th floor deck and had construction workers actually working
on our as advertised ...

The photos that you see online are very misleading and undoubtedly computer generated. The REAL hotel is under construction, which starts at approx. 6 am. Monday thru Saturday! If you are able to access your balcony, you will be covered by white insulation from above. This Sheraton is highly overpriced and the rooms are very small. I am very disappointed in the overall experience.

We were told there was some construction near by!! But the truth was they were tearing the hotel apart. Be prepared to wake up at 6 am to the sound of jack hammers and cement saws every day including Sunday. also scaffolding surrounds the hotel and construction workers come dangling in front of your patio door daily so don't think you can sit ...

Very friendly staff. Great place for a drink or two.

Non-accomadating and bad attitudes on services that would be basic to any other hotel. The obvious "I don't care"...tone of voice and no offered solutions to basic problems shows their lack of customer service and down right bad attitudes about their jobs.

While the pool area in this hotel is very nice, there is very little else that I can say about this hotel that is positive. I booked a two bedroom suite. The room smelled like mold and mildew. The bathrooms and kitchen had stains on the walls, the ceilings, and appliances. The maid service did not make up the rooms for the first two days (even ...

I loved It Wonderful and amazing location and I just loved it and I cant Wait to go back and Me and my family had the time of our lives and the bar area and the pool was absoulutly wonderful!!!!!!

i was only there for 2 nights but i got to see alot of stuff. i recomend the brunch and the bar in the pool. the pool was cold but it was in the winter so it's going to be cold. i liked the waterfall fall into the pool it was a good plase for famalys and newly weds.and i liked that it was beach front.

We stayed at the Sheraton in September and again in December. Our stay was outstanding.
The pool area was great and the staff was excellent. We highly recommend this place to stay.
