The shuttle wasn't available when needed to or from the airport. It took too long for the water to get hot. The afternoon front desk clerk continue to give us incorrect information concerning the shuttle schedule, breakfast and other things we request. The hotel is in need of a makeover especially the hallway floors and walls.
