I have always enjoyed staying at the Ramada Inn since I was a little girl. They have a nice indoor pool, the room is just as nice as any other hotel, and the location is great. It's right in the middle of Gatlinburg and within walkling distance of everything there.

The poor conditions of the room that we were to stay in were the worst of any Motel or Hotel that I have ever tried to stay in. We had no internet connection(had to go elsewhere) ...the indoor "heated" pool was ice cold so my sons(and me) could not swim! The room was ok but not what I would expect from Ramada! We had a small fridge but no microwave? Big bright light on balcony with no way to cut off???

Location,Location.The place is dated,but you are in the mountains.The rooms are very clean,pool was ok 100.00 a night and you can walk to any Gatlinburg location in 10 to 15 minutes.If you are looking a4star hotel pull out more money.This is a good value.

The bathroom was dirty-spots on the the toilet and sinks. One sink so clogged it took hours to drain. The toilet paper roll was on the floor.
There was no regular coffee or creamer just left over sugars. Place is dirty inside and out. Not worth going to even with the location.
