The location was great. But not sure if I would stay here again or not. The room was clean except when I went to sleep I felt something on my face. I woke up and it was a bug on my face. Couldn't go back to sleep wondering if any more bugs were in the bed or not. I wanted to go and sleep in my car after that but was scared to. So hope you have a better stay then me and my husband did.

We were put in the back of the 4 story motel. The beds were comfortable, but that's the only good thing about this room. No view at all! The next morning I went down to request a different room. The lady at the front desk was very nice. She gave me a key to a couple of different rooms. We moved to the third floor, facing the parking lot. ...

I am literally here now and all though the room is clean the place is a dump,it appears that other than the.10 year old comforter and 15 year old tv, they haven't spent a penny on this place in 30 plus years.I will never stay here again its worth the xtra s0 per night to stay ata newer nicer place. I must say however if you are looking for the best location in gatlinburg, it doesn't get any better than this....

I don't understand why people have given this place a poor rating. The rooms were clean, the staff were excellent. We had a group of 13 plus two pets staying at this Ramada from Friday till Monday. They accommodated all of us, our vehicles, trailers and motorcycles all with no problems. We had a blast. We can't wait to return.

This hotel is old, but it was clean. The carpet was not dirty and there were NO bugs! The bed was clean and so was the bathroom....and I am VERY picky about bathrooms! We had a fireplace, refrigerator, coffee pot, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer. The furniture is out dated and the hardware on the door is old, but really, you're not there ...

Stay in the new addition there are no bugs,its has a perfect location, great INDOOR pool,We live 30 mins. away the old section is horrible .the new section is great no issues with the manger,or the other envelops,I GO THERE 5 TIMES EACH YEAR ITS FINE THERE ARE NO BUGS.There was one small hole in the wall BEHIND THE BED .ITS A GOOD HOTEL

room dirty-furniture dirty,stained, broken, no hot water for shower,sink overflowed into bathroom floor,request for rooms close to street due to health problems not honored,no ironing board,have stayed all over the country and have never stayed anywhere like this-please look elsewhere-and believe these reviews. We surely were not looking for a 5star resort just clean and well-kept.We only stayed 1 night instead of the 4 nights we planned.

I have gone to Gatlinburg 4 times per year for the past 5 years or so. I have stayed in several different rooms. NEVER has my room been dirty nor have I seen any signs of bugs.
