Love everything about this Hotel!! The Weather & Mountains are always Beautiful!!! Just go!!!!

It was very close to the strip in Gatlinburg, loved the location, pool area, everything!

The room was smelly, outdated and had no view. The restaurant, if you can call it that, was horrible...long waits for cold nasty food! There was no elevator and the outdoor stairways were not maintained... full of bugs. And the BEST part... on our last day there we had a run in with a BLACK BEAR in the parking lot!!! The bear was helping himself ...

We really like the little creek that was outside of the hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only thing that I didn't not like was the fact that the parking was not good (if you left and stayed gone for a long time there were not park when you returned).

It was really great that they let us have our dog there and even gave us a bad of pet goodies. The room seemed clean enough. There was no view from our room at all, just a busy street outside our door. The restaurants that they talk about on the website didn't seem to be in operation when we were around.
