We had reserved a non-smoking room, and we could smell the smoke before even entering the room they gave us. It was terrible. We went back to the desk to request another room and were told that was all they had. After complaining a little longer they (miraculously) discovered that they did in fact have another room available. This one smelled ...

We went there as a family vacation, the whole family had a great time. Everytime we go to SF that is the hotel we stay at. We enjoy the pool & bar. The kids have a great time there! We will be there again soon!

We stayed the night of Jan. 12th and ended up taking my son to the local emergency department as he awoke with what appeared to be a very bad burn like rash on his entire body, especially his legs. Then looking at my other son he also had a very mild rash. The ER Doctor said that it was a bacteria infection that came from the pool or the hot tub at ...

This hotel offers fantastic amenities! The waterpark is AWESOME!!! The one thing I didn't like is that they only issue 4 tickets per day for the waterpark...and you can only purchase up to 3 more.

When my family and I first stayed at the Ramada we were treated like family. The service was great, the people were great, all of management was great. We frequented the hotel/restaraunt often, spending tons of money on meals and bar tabs.

We had a pool side room. It had a small fridge with a counter area off the living room. The bedroom was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed ordering pizza and having room in our suite to eat as a family of 5. The pool was great and the water temp was warm. The kids played for hours. We plan on going in Jan 07 and celebrating our daughter's 7th birthday here. Can't wait to go!

We stayed two nights, in August 2005, as a family trip immediately after my husband and I married. We all enjoyed the entire stay, from the pool to the two room suite, complete with fridge and microwave for convience. And two tv's helped us a lot also!

we stayed at the ramada on friday march 31st 2006 signed in under jim altenburg or jay pipes our little boy left his blanket in one of those rooms it is a small quilt pastel yellow and blue. please keep it and we will be in to pick it up thank you so much and thanks for the wonderful stay. thank you
