Definitely not what you are promisedI would never consider going back to this hotel. On their sign out front they advertise high speed internet, but when I checked into the room there was no high speed internet available. The worst part is the fact they refused to do anything about other than moving to another room to try that one. Don't even worry about calling the 800-WESTERN ...1 of 1 Yahoo! NEVER AGAIN!I'm still appalled thinking about the night my family and I spent at the Best Western in Mitchell.
The room was dreary, foul smelling & loud with an air conditioner that I'm sure was installed in 1968.
