We stayed here in july 2004 and let me tell you this place is nasty.Great location but the place is old and run down.Our room did not have central a/c.The villa was tiny and dirty,plus the pool was really nasty.Iwould rather pay triple than ever stay here again.

Seaside Villas are cozy, but you just can't find a bargian like them in the area. We were right on the beach. You do not want to stay across the street even though the places may be bigger, you want to be on the beach side of South Forest Beach Drive. There are no stop signs and it can be very difficult for people to cross the busy street, ...

This place was very clean, convenient to reataurants and shopping,but most importantly the beach. Very family friendly! I highly recommend it -worth every penny! (And not that many!) Marlene

These Hilton Head Condos are in a great location, you would not have to drive anywhere unless you wanted to. They are small, but being so close to ocean makes uo for it. The one we stay in is very well mantained, and tastefully decorated. I recommend checking with different rental comapnies because prices varied for the same size condos. We will be going back every year!

The location of these villas is convenient to shopping and right on the beach. Our view was awesome! I would definitely stay here again. The place was immaculate and when we requested a new coffee pot, it was delivered within hours.

This was the best value a great place, very clean, ocean views were beautiful, location was close to all shopping, restuarants, tiki bar ect... I will definetly stay here again.

Great location!! The beach was awesome and the hotel had a great pool! Walking distance to everything and I would definitly come back!!
