I loved the location, the bed, the restaurant and the atrium. The service was excellent. Staff was friendly and expedited requests. Alas, needs better sound proofing...could hear people all night long in the corridors, also hardly any hot water. I will stay again, my room was great and I had a relaxing getaway.

This is the first Hyatt I've stayed at, my preferences being with Choice Hotels' Sleep, Comfort, and Quality brands. Based on my stay, little differentiates the Hyatt from those brands except for Hyatt's public spaces.

Hopefully, when the hotel undergoes its renovations (scheduled to start in October 2006), maybe the staff and service will get a makeover, too, because this Hyatt simply does not live up to its name.

i just love the place and how everyone is polite. and that's all i can say really, its just an amazing hotel, service could be faster, but that's ok we all need to slow down anyways, i mean what's the rush right.

Overall a great location with easy access to the beautiful downtown area of Greenville.

Personal was very nice. Room was very noise at night. Could here people talking in the hallways. Doors are not soundproof. Hot water did not work in room. Got a free breakfast buffet for our troubles. Very good resturant.
Payed alot for poor accomadations. I have stayed in much better hotels for much less money!! Would not stay there again.

Great hotel and the Staff was very helpful and accomodating. The downtown location was great for shopping and has many restaurant choices. Guest rooms were very clean and the Provencia restaurant in the hotel has a great breakfast.
