Right in the middle of all the action within Newport, RI. Everything was so close but with limited parking. Place was clean and very cozy great breeze off the Harbor.

Free parking is always a plus. THe people were great and the hotel even arranged to have a weekly schedule of things to do.

One day they arranged a hour tour of the Harbor for $8/each where if you didn't stay at the hotel it would have cost $14/each.

Location was wonderful. Smack in the middle of everything. Our room was on the top floor and the sunsets on the Harbor were beautiful. Service friendly and helpful. Our room was brand new, clean, and very comfortable. Kitchennette was as nice as any i've had in a suite such as that. Price was no great deal, but we got what we paid for and were very happy.

Great location in Newport Center. Walking distance to everthing you want to do in Newport. The room was much more than we expected...full size fridge, two tv's, utensils, plates, great bathroom and sitting area seperate from bed room. Very different from "normal" hotel rooms.
