It was a nice hotel clean , but the staff should be fired they are rude.I was nine months pregnet.So I asked for a room on the main floor they said "you may be pregnet but you do not get special tretmant".Then I triped walking up the stars they thougt it was funny.I skined by knee so I asked for a banaid they just said "sorry we just ran out so deal with it".It was not fun at all.I do not recomend it to no one at all.

My goodness, I really don't understand all the negative reviews...Our 1st trip the ONLY issue we had that the door would not unlock to the pool (our room opened directly to the indoor pool) maintenance was there in under 5 min. and had the problem fixed. We use this hotel for Mid winter get aways. Love the restaurants and All of the staff has been extremely pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to Anyone!!

We just spent the weekend at this hotel. There were Three couples and we all had a good time. the pool area was nice the only complaint was the hot-tub was too hot, we had vouchers and ate breakfast and dinner 1 night at the hotel.
