This Double Tree needs a facelift!

The rooms are stale, stuffy and dated. The A/C is almost non existence and the unit noisy The lighting and layout n the rooms are terrible.

Also if you get there on a Sunday there aren't any places to eat within walking distant and the hotel 'cafe' is overprices and the menu is limited to about ...

Doubletree ruined my car and denied my claim. Management not very cooperative. Won't stay there again.

We stayed at the hotel for it's proximity to the BOK Center. It is very well located in that regard and just a short walk from the hotel to the BOK; the quality and condition of the hotel is a different matter. Our room was alright. I had requested a bed for our son when I reserved the room It wasn't there when we checked in. When I called the front desk, it was an extra 10 dollars. Location is good for business travelers but after hours, ther eis nothing nearby to eat.
Room was clean but not exceptional in any way. In the morning, the staff was blabbing loudly in the hallway.
I am going back to Springhill Suites for a consistently good hotel stay.

The hotel staff are very accomadating and every guest is treatd with the utmost respect.
