Don't waste your money!

My friend had her wedding guests stay here for the weekend, and each and every one of us had problems with the heating in our rooms. The maintenance person was the only one to admit it was a known problem, and he didn't know when it would get fixed!
Also, the hotel staff allowed a different wedding party to hold an afterglow in a corner suite ...

Second Time Staying

I really didn't have much to complain about. When we wanted extra pillows...we got them...when we wanted a phone book...we got it. Our demands were simple and the hotel staff was very helpful. That is why we will be staying there for a second time in the future.

Do not stay here

Stayed here in the winter when it was warm and you cannot open your windows nor do they have the A/C on interchangabley. It was hot in our rooms and they had maintencane bring up a box fan. This happened both times I stayed here.Food is way over priced and when you are on a traveling per diem you cannot afford$13-15 for breakfast alone. I had ...

Nice hotel. Not the best I have stayed in

I found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. I felt the rooms were a litle small and fairly average. The bathroom in my room was very uninviting and reminded me of a public restroom. I did enjoy the view from the hotel and the lounge.

Nice spot to stay in...convenient location. Room Service, the spa and valet parking is a nice incentive to stay there. The staff greatly exceeded my expectations of service, professionalism, and courtesy. The view I had of the Maumee River was breath-taking. Unfortunately, there's no Nickelodeon or Cartoon Network when the kids are tired of ...
