We have been going to this hotel twice a year for the last 15 years. We love it. It has a safe, cozy atmosphere. The lobby, rooms, hallways and pool area are very clean. Our stay was fairly normal with no problems. The price is very fair considering the ammenities such as mini golf and the pool and sauna area. Over all it was nice and affordable.

We had a really good time at Best Western Town House in Grand Forks. We were in one of the poolside rooms and loved it. The room was very clean with a nice big bathroom. It was great to be beside the pool.

The location is OK as Grand Forks is not a huge city. It isn't right beside the shopping mall but it is close to Cabela's.

Would definitely go back!

First there was the bug ( only one but still a bug ). Then there was the shower, our shower drain was plugged, and it was noticed in the morning. When we got back at in the late evening after shopping and swiming we saw it was still pluged. We went to the front desk to ask for someone to come fix it all we got was attitude and no solution.
Oh ...

Let's be honest. It needs an updated but it is clean and value priced. We often had the pool to ourselves which was a nice change from the "mall" hotels which are crawling with people.

From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Other business in town recommended the hotel lounge is the place to go. They were right. Our stay was very pleasant, quiet, and restful. I recommend this hotel to any one staying in Grand Forks.
