We checked in about 6pm with no problems at the front desk. We were given drink coupons for their lounge. We headed up to our room.

Pool was great and warm and the housekeeping was great and made sure we had towels. Front Desk staff was very rude at check in. Carrie and Kate were very friendly though and helped us find our way to the church as we were in town for a wedding. As for others at front desk, they should not treat people that way if they expect people to return to the hotel.

The hotel had lost our reservations. They had to squeeze us in because they were booked. We ended up with a room the size of a large closet, which is the opposite of what we originally reserved. We did not get a discount of any kind, or even a drink ticket.
The front desk girl seemed more annoyed that someone had messed up our reservations and that she had to fix it.

It catered to our business needs. The front lady desk helped me answer any questions I had. The rates were very reasonable and the location is perfect.

I had two friendly desk clerks Kate and A.J. who were very helpful and provided some resturants in the area that were great to dine at. The hotel has a great pool perfect for the family to enjoy.
