The last time I stayed in Rocky Mount was January 2008 and boy was I suprised to find out that Rocky Mount had a new Holiday Inn with all the bells and whistles! Great staff and its just across the highway from the old one.

This property was booked by a professional organization for our fall meeting. One exit off I-95 and one block south of US Hwy 64, very conveniently located, adjacent to Visitor Center and had a Texas Steakhouse Restaurant/Saloon off the lobby.

We stayed at the hotel for our Family Reunion in August 2007. I found the staff to be very friendly, caring and attentive. The rooms were very clean. I only had one dissappointment the hotel ran out of extra towels at the end of our stay. That was easily forgiven as there were two other reunions going on. Which makes for great demand on towels. we found this hotel to be very clean and an excellent choice for a good night's rest with our two young children on our way to Florida. For $59 a night you really can't go wrong.

we were tired, we slept like babys then woked up and thought we were in heaven thank the good Lord. this place is beautyful. we got our room on priceline for $35 over at cousin cletus's computer-thingy. we had grits for breakfast.
