I loved this place, we stayed on the top floor, sound side, and it was beautiful!!! The view was amazing!! I'm not sure which was the better view sound or ocean!! The rooms were clean, and updated! The staff was very nice! I will be staying here again!

The beach and the gardens were great. The service, the cleanliness were terrible. The front desk agents and waiters were rude and apathetic. I would not recommend this hotel. Perhaps it is too much to expect people to actually care these days. It was utterly disappointing and saddening.
