I loved the location to Central Park and the Guggenheim. The hotel is nice and quaint. My room was a suite with a sitting area that was really nice for working in the evening. I had a terrific stay and the stay was friendly. The only complaint I had was a slow elevator.

Appalling misrepresentation of hotel by website. Hotel itself is tiny with non-existant facilties, little more than a 2* hotel. Room too hot. Radiators can't be turned off. Can't sleep. Miserable. Parched. I think I'm beginning to hallucinate. Room service too expensive. Their e-mail address doesn't work- maybe too many complaints?
