We had the family come over there for a picnic while we were there and fished and boated and we sat on out balconay at night we loved it
we've been there twice and we liv in the poconos.And we are planning on coming back again .We have been married 20 years . LOVE IT THERE!!!!

True the prices are a bit up there but the view and hospitality go far above what you'd get at a regular hotel, And the owner Ken is a great guy. We started going to the Viking two years ago and we plan to return this year for our vaction and it's always a fun time. The lake cruise, the bonfire, the pool and the hot tub are just some of the fun stuff to do here. And Ken is always in the mood for a "rootbeer and rum"

Its a great location and cute in a rustic sort of way. The best part of this hotel, however, is the beds. They were really comfortable.

The prices were steep. I could have stayed at a Hampton Inn for the same amount and gotten breakfast thrown in. I'm not sure where the $60-$80 came in. Our rooms were $130 and nowhere near the top of ...
