    I COULDN'T BELIEVE THE FACT THAT THIS HOTEL IS SUPPOSE TO BE ONE OF THE BEST IN NYC... ALL I GOT WAS LATE SERVICE, A FEW ARROGANT STAFFS AND A ROOM NOT TO MY EXPECTATION... I WOULD NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL, NOW I PREFER FOUR SEASONS.....
