We were upgraded from a regular room to a 3-room suite. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. We were visiting for our anniversary, and they decorated the room with roses, chocolates and champagne.

i love everything the service was promt every thing in the room was just nothing i every seen and they made sure it had a homely and relax feel

The value and location is what Iliked best.Though one of best old hotels it stilled maintained A lot of it's old charm and grace from years past.

Waldorf Astoria and NYC go together as simple as that. There are certain things you must choose to do when staying in New York, The Waldorf isn't something you have to choose, it's a given!

This is, after all, the Waldorf Astoria. The service is impecable. The ambiance makes you want to stay in one of the lobbies just to enjoy that. The food at the Bull and Bear was wonderful. We were never hurried and could enjoy the whole meal. The decor invites you to sit and linger over your meal or cocktails.

It was an evening I will never forget - my high school prom was held in l960 at the
Waldorf Astoria - and my
boyfriend and steady at the time was in the Marine Corps., so my brother took me to the Prom - and I will never forget the wonderful
time I had - we went with my (now husband of 40 years) and
my soul partner and friend of over 50 years ...

What a place... from the clock in the lobby to the rooms, to the food! Ameneties very top notch! Service incredible! Very accomodating!!

I stayed there on my wedding nite after the party. My fiance had called them to make reservations and make it really romantic. I couldn't believe the effort they had made to accomodate him in everything that he had asked. Candles everywhere... rose petals from the door through out the whole suit. It was great.

I liked everything about this hotel. The people that work their were very nice and respectful and helpful. The look of the Hotel inside and out is amazing. The person that came up with this Hotel was very intellegent and smart and really new what they were doing. I just hope that the Hotel keeps on doing what they are doing and best of luck to all the employee's.
