For the price we paid to stay at this motel we were very disappointed. First of all you have to pay to park at this motel. You would think that $200 plus a night would cover parking and when I made the comment about that the lady at the front desk just stated that she had to pay $25.00 at the last motel she stayed at. Then there was the toilet that ...
Staff was pleasant, polite & accomodating. However, when we checked into our room at 4:00, room not complete - pillows needed to be finished. Could not locate bath mat. Had only 1 wash cloth (there were 3 of us). Second day, received no coffee, third day, coffee cups not cleaned. And we leave a tip daily for housekeeping. Hair on the ...

First off ,the good points. The food and service in the restaurant were very good; the same goes for the front desk.
Now for the bad. The room we stayed in was not very clean. The carpets were stained and dirty and in the bathroom we found used bandaids from a previous guest in the trash can. Some of the towels and washcloths had frayed ends, ...
Stayed one night. We asked for an early check-in time, and the room was ready when we arrived at 2pm. The staff was friendly enough, but not very well informed (two of the employees at check-in couldn't give us directions to the Maid of the Mist?) Hotel was clean, and we felt safe in the general area. Skip thr breakfast buffett though-expensive ...
They lost my luggage from the bell service. It is really bad experience.

a comfortable stay

When pulling up front to check in...no valet...we had to hunt down a luggage cart, no one offered to help. The hotel was very nice and clean. The in-house bar needs some updating....hallways were kinda dirty but they were doing some renovation. Room was average but the beds were the most comfy ever. Just a block or so away from Denny's at another hotel and a couple blocks from the Falls park.
We eloped here and stayed on the American side for the ease of the marriage. They were great here. The beds were the most comfortable ever! I had flowers from Celenzas (local florist) delivered to the front desk, they gave them to the kitchen who took the flowers and added shrimp cocktails, chocolate dipped flowers, rose petals, and champagne to ...

A Great Easter week-end
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/27/08
The rooms were very nice and comfortable, nice comfy beds and spotless bathrooms. Close to shopping and ideal to walk to the Casino. Overall we really had a good time at the Crowne, we would come back again for sure. The only complain was in the bar, the staff were very slow and you had to wait a very long time before your food arrived at the ...
Stated that you have free wireless and when I got to my hotel room my laptop wouldn't work. Called the front desk and it took over an hour for someone to show. When they did show they told me that the internet was out on the floor, sorry.
I had a lot of business work to be done that I had to shlup to the business office and deal with ...
Loved the Hotel. We booked a group and had rave reviews from all 60 guests. No real complaints. Except for having everyoone check in @ 4:00 Pm which created a back log. All employees helpul and accomidating. Clean Spacious rooms, Plenty of thick thursty towels. Great night sleep.
