The hotel room was nice but....the housekeeping staff stole valuables from my room. Left me with very bad feelings about N.Y., and this particular hotel. I would never stay at this hotel again and I will tell anyone who listens, not to stay here because the housekeeping staff will go thru their luggage and help themselves. And....the star rating I gave doesn't even deserve that one star!!!!

Personnel not nice, too long to wait for an elevator, not enough towels in room, dirty cart outside of room the entire time. Not worth the money.
Would not recommend this place to anyone!

I have stayed there twice and returning in October. They have an in-room safe to lock your valuables. I can't imagine why the visitors that had things stolen did not use it. The rooms are awesome and the view of Times Square is unbelievable. I will not stay anywhere else. Not even the Plaza!!!! The staff at the Marquis rock.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had a room on the 40th floor and it was very quiet. The staff was polite, efficient and organized.
I used the online concierge service and found everything we asked for when we checked in.

I had a terrible experience having a bag stolen from my hotel room. With such a high cost and "good Customer Service", I was very dissappointed at this. The hotel personel and manager did not do anything about it which means i lost about $600 in belongings and souveniers.

Arrived Easter Sunday. Took five minutes to find out reception on 8th floor.
