it's funny, they have signs saying how high-tech their elevators are and how fast it goes... but i've waited for 20 minutes for an elevator a couple of times...it's true that the elevator is fast, but it takes forever to get to your floor because it seems like once you press the button, only one of the elevators are assigned to go to ...

There was nothing I disliked. But I loved the gentlemanlike of it. The service was a superb one but also human. If I want to make a comparison, I would say: better than in Europe.

If you're visiting the Big Apple from far or near, this is THE place to be - the center of it all. Loved the energy, looks and overall experience. Disappointed that the revolving bar has been 'updated' and has lost its overall charm. However, tourist or NYC resident will love it here.

The price is a little high, however,the relaxed atomsphere eases the high price. The rooms are very spacious and the housekeeping service was exceptional. The room had a comforting smell to it.

My bathroon is bigger than the room. For the prices they charge you shold get more for your $$$.

Service they act like they our doing you a favor for staying with them. Somebody should teach them customer service it seems.

I loved the big openess, all the floors, and the glass elevators. The roooms were normal, but nice bathroom. The service was excellent. They made sure we were having a great stay. I loved the spinning bar on the roof, what a nice experience.

I liked the convenience of Marriott's location near the theater district. We were able to eat an excellent meal at the revolving rooftop buffet and then walk across the street to see Disney's Beauty and the Beast. The experience of staying at a midtown hotel was one of the best we can remember and will keep us coming back many times for future trips.

I loved the service. The staff is great. The food is wonderful.I didnt like that we had to go.My stay was so wonderful that I dont think I will go to another hotel EVER!

The marriot marquis was beautiful.Very elegant clean and great friendly service and rooms. I cant wait for another opportunity to stay at the marriot. Every Marriot Marquis ive been to has been a great experience.
