I like this place, because there are accumulated attraction such as art,music, architectute, and so on. I needed more time to explore. I was served many different exotic food at restaurant in hotel. It was marvelous!

I hated the parking garage,i loved the customer service at all levels.The parking garage seemed alittle creepy and at one point,my girlfriend refused to get out of the car,i am also handicapped and i cannot walk a long distance ,i think it is in their best interest to include more spots for my kind of situation.

I like NewYork any way so the hotel just made it that much better, the service was great and compared to other places I have stayed I have to say I enjoy every bit of it.

loved everything..well maybe the food needs to be larger portions..the place reeks class..safety and cleanesses..its in the heart of this great city wish makes staying there more enjoyable.. can't wait to afford anther stay.....

This is a fabulous hotel. I first came here on my one year anniversary with my boyfriend. We rented a limo and drove into the city and this is where we stayed. From the moment you walk in, you will be in awe of this hotel. The lobby is huge! With restaurants, bars, lounges, and a gym, you'll never have to step foot outside...but of you course ...

This hotel is the best! They offered great service and the restaurant, The View, is so romantic. Great location! My boyfriend and I had a great romantic getaway from family and friends right in NYC (where we live) for a weekend!

vERY cLASSY place. The view was excellent. The staff courteous and knowledgable. The conference rooms were well equipped with state of the art electronic aids. The cuisine was excellent.
