The first stay this year was fine. At the end of january, I was checked into a room missing furniture and radio.Repeated requests brought assurances ,but no remedy. 4th floor ice machines do not work ,key card must be renewed at desk every day , but if your room depresses you ,you can always eat a $15 sandwich and watch employees eat right over ...

After a long overseas flight, we were let off aways from the hotel, having to pull our luggage up a hill and down through the garbage area into the basement. We had to depart the next morning the same way with the Continental flight crew who were not too happy about it. Other than that it was a nice hotel.

For the dollar, this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The front desk personel never said thanks, never asked if everything was ok, didn't ask how my stay was and didn't seem to care if I was there or not. The fitted sheets didn't stay on the bed and the snack machines were empty all weekend.

For $150.00 per night, I actually expected something... I've had better for $40.00 per night.

The whole holtel seemed to be in disrepair, terrible restaurant, dirty floors, damaged furniture, very odd. Staff was efficient and professional however.

Great alternative to paying the high prices for a hotel in Manhattan. All it takes is a 15 minute bus ride and a 25 minute train ride to get to Manhattan. The hotel is very nice with an excellent restaurant and the staff were very helpful and courteous. The rooms were very comfortable and had excellent views of the surrounding areas.
