OVER CHARGED THEY HATE GAY PEOPLEThis place is the worst place to stay and then they billed me $250.00 xtra besides. In there fine print when you sign in they have xtra charges that you agree to pay, if they decide to bill you. Disaster!!!Don't waste your time staying at this hotel. The rooms are dirty and the bathrooms have visible mold in them. I was afraid to shower! The staff is rude as well. Ruined wedding nightDo not bother wasting your money. My husband and I spent our wedding night here and it was not at all what we expected. The furniture looked like it was pulled out of the dumpster. The only thing updated are the ratesThe Hyatt Regency has not changed much in over 30 years, the rooms are outdated and very tired. The beds are very uncomfortable, and the linens look like they have been used forever. It makes you think twice about taking your clothes off before going to bed.

Very DisappointedThe service was uniformly excellent. The condition of the facility is another thing. The guest rooms are badly in need of renovation. We stayed in rooms 1205 and 1608 and found them both to be noisy and their mattresses to be flat and very uncomfortable.
