I'm stunned by all the bad reviews. This hotel doesn't deserve them. I got there late just for a place to sleep for the night. Within minutes (on a holiday no less), I got a nice place to sleep for a better rate than other places.

I've stayed at this hotel and the Quality Inn and Suites across the street, I found both places to be a great value. If your looking for a better product you should try the Quality Inn, but the Superlodge in Kingston is a great value. Clean rooms, bathroom, and the typical amenities. Why pay more for the same thing somewhere else.

regadless of what other say i have stayed there several times customer service was good if i need some thing the girl who worked there help to to change room do to a slight problem with my tv with no problem and the deal is great

This place is a great bargain. While not luxurious, the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. There is a writing desk and a small refrigerator in each room. The staff is courteous. I always stay here on my visits to Kingston. The rates are very reasonable. Why pay $50 more at the Holiday Inn?
