I liked everything about it. There was notin i did not like. It was the best hotel ive ever been to, and the rooms were so big and romanticly hot. The service was the best of best you could ever get.

When we travel by air, we always attempt to fly out of Albany. Most of the time, we make very early morning flights. It has become our habit to drive to Albany the day before the flight, and spend the night at the Desmond. Simply the best in Albany.
What's more, their park and fly plan is a real boon to the traveler.

The Desmond has lost my business. We have used The Desmond on a regular basis until today when we were advised they are no longer pet friendly. My K-9 friend is no longer welcome. Love me, Love my dog. We will not be back. Too bad...

The rooms were beautiful, the grounds and lobby were very nice, and the girls liked the two pools and hot tub! Because we were out very early in the morning, we did not try the restaurant for breakfast, but if we had time it was very convenient to have in the hotel.

Everything about the hotel is first class and nothing is too much trouble.
After a long haul from England and landing at Albany Airport at 2.30 a.m. rather than 10.00 p.m. This was no bother for the staff and transport arrived within minutes; despite an ice-storm in the middle of December!
We're hooked on this historic place and know that we are going to spend time in first class accommodation.

I always enjoy my stay everything is just so outstanding, the rooms, the food the recreation areas.The staff is always helpful but at the same time are not in the way.

The location is convient and the facilities are quite nice. The inside,that resembles a quaint old village,is charming. The onsite restaurant is reasonable when caught in a busy convention schedule. Staff was friendly and helpful in general.

I needed a place to stay while my wife to be and bridesmaides took over my house. I had groomsmen coming in from out of town that I had to pick up at ther airport, that were going to stay with me so the limo could pick us up and bring us to the church in the morning.
