I stayed here during a road trip to NYC. It was so gross! The floors were nasty and could use a good cleaning. The linens had rust stains (possibly blood?) and were dirty. The lady at the front desk was rude when we complained.

I rented the bridal sweet for my Husband and I and OMG I was so amazed for the amount they charged for and the service they offer, lets see We had no heat, so we walked around with a sweater on, the jucuzzi looked great with the nasty hair stuck to the filter and water stains in the tub, made me want to jump right in. There was no free HBO like ...

I hadn't stayed here for a year and a half and did it ever go into a nosedive.

The rooms were not clean. Holes in the walls. Broken bathroom ceiling tiles. Missing drawers in the dresser. TV remote half worked. Check-in was a disaster, even with a prepaid reservation.
