We have stayed in Alamogordo many times.
Satellite in was by far the best. Rooms
were clean, staff was very curtious. For the money by far the best place to stay in Alamo!

This place was not what was expected. the service is terrible. nobody was at the front desk and when someone did arrive they were rude. upon arriving in my room, it was dirty. the floor hadnt been vacuumed, there was crumbs on the dresser, the bedspread had a hole in it, hair in the tub. not pleased

When I recently moved to the S. Sacramento Mts, I stayed at the Satellite Inn for several months as I looked for a dark-sky astronomy site in the nearby mountains.

The service provided was very good, but the people at the Satellite were the best part.

Yup! This is definately one of the best places to stay in Alamogordo. The rates were very reasonable and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Their staff was very courteous and helpful.
