Good location, people at desk were not friendly, room was substandard for the rate charged, parking lot was tight

I liked the room and the pool and the area because it was near the beach.

I have been going to OC since 1986 and only stayed at 2 places, Pavilion being one of them. However, I just finished my stay last week for 3 nights, price was compareable to others but Office hospitality - poor, deposit on beach tags, other place that I went to over the past didn't require it.. same for room key. My roon blinds didn't close ...

this hotel is awesome for teenagers who want to stay down for the weekend. the rooms are an average size, the bathrooms are a bit small but everything is clean and works and thats all that matters! The pool is a nice size and has a bath house to rinse off in after your dip in it. as i said its pretty good for teenagers because its a reasonable price and its a safe place to stay.

Negotiating parking lot was an experience, but car really not needed, due to location...no need to move same, once parked.

Refrigerator in room was welcome addition!

The Pavilion Motor Lodge is at a great location in Ocean City, NJ. Everything is within walking distance. The rooms are average, and appear to be clean. I stayed their for 3 years now and am pleased with the place, Very clean and good location.
