Myself as well as my family have been going here for years. We have stayed in the regular rooms as well as the apartments and the rates are very decent. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We can not wait until our trip this summer we have been waiting all year to come back.

I used to bring my kids about 10 yrs ago to the Pavillion, so when all other hotels were booked I gave it a shot. Well I paid 200.00 a night for a no-tell-motel. The staff were rude, the room was small and smelly. I called to get extra towels, I had to go get them! For 200.00 they could at least deliver extra towels. I would never stay there again ...

We had a reservation, placed a deposit, drove 3 hours to get there, and then we are told they MADE A MISTAKE. They offered us an extremely small, very bad room for the first night and then would move us to another room for the 2nd night.

This is not what we had reserved.

It was so crowded that weekend, there was nothing available. We had to drive 3 hrs. back home.

Apologies did not suffice in this regard.

WE have been staying at the Pavilion for oever 5 years now, we go every summer. This will be the first that we cannot go, our son was diagnosed with cancer and it is just not possible. Liked the location in reguards to the beach. Didn't like the shower in our room, water was more out of the shower than in, and the water beat on you like pellets being thrown at you. Also our room had an odor to it.

Beautiful garden, clean rooms, great location, friendly staff. Loved it! Will be back on their next Special. They offer huge discounts during certain paarts of the summer.
