We had requested two double beds, ocean view, non-smoking. Supposedly electricity was down on 6 floors of the hotel and we were not given what we asked for. Changed rooms twice. Non-smoking rooms SMELL. They are unconcerned if smokers use non-smoking rooms and try to mask aroma with mega-air freshener. We were so unhappy we left early. Would not go back ever!

The windows leaked, floor by window was soaking wet! Bathroom OK but old and cracked. Central Cafe very pricy and noisy. Used comps so not too bad. Long way to travel for pool. We were in opposite tower. Did have nice ocean view. Would only go back because of central location. Could be cleaner. Too bad internet connection is extra.

I expected a lot from Trump Plaza, especially since it's emblazoned with Trump's name and logo everywhere. But, alas, it was not what it cracked up to be. Yes, it was very clean. I have visited Trump Plaza twice and stayed at its hotel both times. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The rooms were great but I wondered how often the beddings were washed. The view was great.

Then my husband and I went to eat at the restaurant. 24Central or something. Both times the food was lousy. It was the worst meal I have ever eaten. I will never eat there again.

LIKE: Security--guards posted at escalator / elevator at all times and must use key to use elevator. Right on the boardwalk. Great view of the ocean. Fresh linens and towels daily. Black out curtains worked well. The room was fairly clean.

DISLIKE: Mattress did not offer much support. The area around the windows allowed smoke and noise ...

I'm not the one to complain but I will never stay at the trump tower again!!!!!! we were in the east tower(NOISEY). The machines were DIRTY!!! Ashtrays were always full of cig butts.. You have to walk a mile to your room!!! Bath tubs are for midget..(TOO SMALL)..
