My wife and I received comp rooms at any Harrah's property for four nights. We chose Bally's for the location on the boardwalk.
Everyone from the valet down to the people sweeping the floor was as pleasant as they could be.
The dealers and pit bosses were chatty, friendly and very helpful if you wanted to learn a new game.
Overall, we were extremely pleased and will definitley stay there again.

It is the only hotel I will stay in when I go to AC just because of location, excitement and staff.My experience has been nothing but positive and any complaint I had was handled courteously and expeditiously.
