We have stayed at Bally's on all our visits to AC. over the past + 10 yrs. We have always been impressed with the whole operation, wonderful food service, rooms sparkling clean and a Staff that would make anyone smile.

We always look foward for our next trip, which I might add is coming up real soon.

For the price, the room was ok. It was located near some kind of hydraulic equipment, and I heard machinery all night long. It took over an hour and 15 minutes to get a room service breakfast of oatmeal and eggs. The food was fine, but the wait was unacceptable.

We booked at Bally's, but were put at the Claridge. A little bit of a disappointment, but we were only there one night, so it didn't ruin our trip. I really enjoyed my visit to Bally's Hotel and Casino. There were so many things to do and see, I wished I could have stayed longer.

First thing, I highly recommend that when you check into this place do not use your debit card!!!!
