Check in was Quick, Clerks were pleasant &
helpful. We gamble very little but the dealers were friendly. Seen show called Ice, from Russia. excellant show.
we have seen most of the shows in vegas now, and Ice is among the best we have seen.
room was older but clean and very comfortable. For the price i would rate it as our best deal in vegas yet.

The prices are to high, for room and food, terrible location, and food, THE CASINO JUST Took ALL MY AND HUSBAND'S MONEY, I prefer THE LUXOR HOTEL FOR LESS MONEY AND MORE PROBABILITIES TO WIN IN THE SLOTS MACHINES AND TABLES !

For the $149 per night, it was a horribly overpriced room for what we got. First of all, we requested a non-smoking room. We ended up with a smoking room with two double beds. Wallpaper in the room was rolling up and falling off. The shower took 10 minutes just to get luke warm water. The faucet was corroding away. The air conditioning unit ...

I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT I LOST MORE THAN I WON IN THE CASINO. UPON CHECK IN I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE WOMAN WHO WAS CHECKING ME IN. I SPOKE TO A MANAGER AND HE FIXED THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY.

I stayed at the other end of the strip, but had walked down one day to eat lunch at the Peppermill with family.I came into the casino to get my boarding pass(which is great,that they have the computers to do that) for my flight the next day and ended up sitting in the same seat for seven hours, playing the same slot machine! The Riviera Hotel was great! I read some less than favorable reviews, so I was a little concerned, but I have to say, I didn't experience one negative thing about this hotel. Some of the rooms in the hotel were old (retro) but they are updating. The rooms were clean and some of the staff was not nice at all. There were 14 prople in my group and some of us the charged $11.00 for electrical charges and some of us they did not charge.
