I HAD A GREAT TIME LAST NOVEMBER AND I'M ON MY WAY BACK THIS NOVEMBER 25TH. SERVICE WAS GREAT. LA CAGE AU FOLLES ENTERTAINING. BUFFET WAS SUPER WITH GREAT VARIETY.

This hotel is in need of major improvements. Starting with a major bed bug infestation. I had to change rooms due to about 20 plus bugs crawling in the bed. I have a rash on my arm and ankle. If you stay here bring your own bed and sheets.

Because of the long line at the checkin desk, I used the self checkin. I was assigned to room 522 - north tower. My keys did not work, bellhop let us in. Room was what I expected. Nothing fancy with a worn mattress.

I like the location, the service, the hostess/gaming staff AND the fact that I can actually win money at the Riviera as opposed to other casinos. Having a nice hotel room is great(which the room was) but I come to Vegas to gamble and win a little bit. We never think about booking a room anywhere but the Riviera. It's great!!!!

THE FIRST NIGHT WAS A SUITE .THEN PUT US IN A SMALLER ROOM.IT WAS GREAT ALSO.THE VIEW WAS GREAT AND THE SERVICE WE GOT WAS OK.THE KADY'S HAD GREAT FOOD AND ALOT OF IT. THE BUFFET FOOD WASN'T THAT GOOD BUT WE ENJOYED WHAT WE ATE.

sure you may save $20 by staying here but the place is disguisting. It is old and as bland as can be- just a very depressing feel overall not to mention smokey. It is a good 30 min walk to the real part of the strip so just spend the extra few bucks to experience Vegas the wasit was meant to be experienced.

The place was intially a little out of the way because like most tourist to las vegas lights were all I saw. I found it fairly easy and it was not to far away from anything by foot or car (which we only used once the whole week we were there). The pool was nice, wish it was open later but it was early in the year. Overall it was what I expected for the money. No real frills but meet all my basic needs.
