The room was very nice, although we were disappointed when we arrived because the drinking glasses were dirty (had lipstick on them) and one was broken. We complained and they brought new glasses right away, but it's gross to find your room that way on arrival. Other than that, i would stay there again, the room was comfy and very quiet.

this is a casino resort that has everything. great restaurants, bars, casino. i like that the monorail stops at the hotel. bar service while playing the slots was prompt and quick. everyone that i spoke with that worked there was friendly and helpful, especially where you sign up for the points card. i stayed there last november and am going back ...
It was my first time at MGM and needless to say I am NOT a big time gambler. I stayed there for 4 nites and 5 days and the hotel was nothing but helpful. They were constant on trying to comp me all the way up to the day I was leaving. We were comp'd 4 meals at the "Wolfgang Puck" restraunt. 2 Breakfasts' at their restraunt. ...

You've heard all the hype about the MGM Grand. Now let me tell you what it's REALLY like to stay there. My family and I stayed there last July 13 and we will never return again. They have about 5 or 6 pools that are actually quite small for such a large hotel. The pools are always very crowded and unpleasant. We chose not to go in the ...

Huge Place
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/05/07
Nice Hotel/Casino. Elevator's take forever...half of them were not working. Long walk from here to center of strip (Bellagio Fountains, Ceasar's Palace, Treasure Island, Mirage, Margaritaville, etc...) Rooms: West Wing rooms are very small, a long way from elevators, are very dark (hard to put on makeup, etc...) and toilet is not private. ...
This hotel was absolutely everything I had heard about it and more! The staff was awesome and the room was actually what the pictures on-line looked like! The room was decorated very classy and beautiful. The shopping and food was also perfect! A little pricey but, hey, thats what vacations are for, right? The casino was by far in my top 3 ...

In June of '06 my cousin got married in Las Vegas. I was really excited. Our friends had been to Vegas in Oct. '05 and loved their stay at the MGM Grand. They highly recommended it. So,we decided to stay there. At first I thought it was cool, until we saw the pool area. It was like a huge freternity/ serority party. There were a ton of ...

Biggest hotel in the world but not efficient!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/28/07
We were given a hotel room and my friend and I were shocked and embarassed to open our hotel room door and find a man inside. It was a long trek down to the lobby desk where they apologized for their error and upgraded us to a suite. We got into our suite (sans man) only to discover the second room wasn't made up and wouldn't be ready for ...
