We stayed at MGM because that is where the bridal party was staying; we usually stay at the Rio or Belligio; MGM was over run with kids! I think that the hotel is just so large that with a large group it's difficult to gather and gamble because the casion is so spread out. If we brough our kids we might consider staying htere again, but in my opinion, kids under 18 have no business in Vegas!

When my brother and I arrived at the MGM Grand we were given one of the older rooms which was a bit sub-standard. I loved the location of the hotel. I loved all the things to do within the hotel. I loved the buffet. The room was very good. The beds were big and comfortable.

Poor service and an overcrowed hotel made this hotel the wrong choice. After waiting until almost 6pm to check in (they did comp dinner)we waited for a cot until after midnight that never did arrive. They did comp breakfest as a result but failed to remove the charge from the bill? They reversed the charge at the airport on the way home. Would not recommend!
