The hotel staff and casino crew were very frendly during the week, but on Friday they changed like Jeckel & Hyde. The general attitude on Friday and Saturday really stunk up the place, it was as like they no longer needed your business & they were to busy to say thanks or how can I help you. We checked out a day early & left Reno during a great St. Patricks day celebration.
One of the restroom lights was out, when called for service, it took them the following day to replace. One towel holder had screws missing and looked rusted. Internet connection was awful. Carried laptop for 4 days and was unable to use. Had great time in hotel casino and live music area.

This is one of our favorite places to stay. The food is terrific, rooms are available at very reasonable rates and it is located right downtown in walking distance to great shopping, the bowling stadium and many other great casinos.
