Liked everything about the Golden Nugget. The staff there is tops. I like the size of the hotel its not so big that you get worn out walking around it like the big ones on the strip.

Very nice hotel with amenities, breakfast was excellent in the dining room, only problem it is off the strip, but can work around that. The place is all class.

OVER THE YEARS WE HAVE STAYED AT ALOT OF HOTELS, BUT THIS IS OUR FAVORITE. THE NEW POOL HAD JUST OPENED WHEN WE WERE THERE LAST YEAR. THE SHARK AQUARIUM IS FANTASTIC. WE HAVE STAYED HERE THE LAST 4 TIMES WE WERE IN VEGAS, AND IT SEEMS TO BE BETTER EACH STAY. THE SERVICE IS EEXCELLENT, AND THE ROOMS ARE ALWAYS CLEAN.

My wife and I decided to take a week vacation without our childen. We have not done so in the 16 years we have been married. We stayed in the spa suites and it was wonderful! (our entire stay at the Golden Nugget was great!) This trip was like a second Honeymoon. They facilities, Restaurant and the staff are excellent. We are now planning another trip to the Golden Nugget in late June.

IF they book you in the North Tower, you will enjoy your room and stay. The south tower is something else, nothing more than a 2 star room. The construction outside will make you up at 7:00 am. Can't believe they have such a difference, and they call both towers 4 stars!

The Golden Nugget is the most visitor friendly resort we have been to in Las Vegas- no other place compares. The "Tank" is just fantastic.

If you like to gamble, have seen all the glitz of the strip, want a classy place, good tables and poker tournament, this is the place to stay downtown. Nice buffet too but sometimes a long line to get in.

I loved the rooms and the front desk they were very helpful and very nice to us. My dislikes were none just couldn't win in there casino but thats my fault:)

Our room was nice, but the fire detector was hanging loose from the wall. Most rooms were not close to the elevators. If staying there, request room closer to the elevators.
