THIS PLACE IS CLOSED. HAS BEEN FOR A WHILE NOW. THEY CLOSED AROUND THE FIRST OF THE YEAR OR MAYBE X-MAS. THEY LAID OFF HUNDREDS OF WORKERS, AND NOW THE BUILDING SITS QUIET AND EMPTY!!!! TRUST ME I LIVE IN RENO AND KNOW THIS STUFF!!

We would like to take this time and tell you what A great time we had staying at your hotel/casino from
November 9, to Nov, 11 we were there celebrating our 25th wedding annivarsary the dining was great the waitresses/waiters the cocktail waitress were very pleasant and hospitality was great.

If you are in a hurry....don't visit the Fitzgerald. The service is friendly and efficient, but just like the elevators, it is slow. We have stayed at Fitzgeralds before because we like the Irishness of the place and the famous slow elevator.
We stayed there last fall and the lower level playing area smelled like urine. The buffet was closed even thought there was someone handing out coupons for it. We were really disappointed in it. I don't know if we'll stay there again.

the review kismycandi gave was absolutely untrue. The service was excellent, the suite was precise and the customer service was above any expectations a couple could even imagine. Kismycandi probably had a bad experience since she was on a budget.
