We can't wait to go backWe had a great time the Qua spa was the best in the state. We will be back. Well worth the money, the only thing was I didn't have my computer and it's too much to pay to get on line to check e-mail at the busisness center. Otherwise it was great, Augustus Cafe is the best. Bad customer service....I like that it was in the strip..but their customer service was horrible...they charged my credit card twice..we complained after learning it..my hubby had to shout on them so that they will listen..but until now they haven't credited back my cc. the room was not clean....very dissappointed..not coming back to this hotel..2 of 2 Yahoo! Terrible Customer Service ExperienceJust got back from Ceaser's Palace. I was not expecting the "less than expected" treatment. I was surprised that in this time of economic turmoil that one would "exceed customer expectation" considering 'Customers" are the reason they are employed. TerribleSo not worth your money! Our room overlooked the roof top and workers were walking out there while we were changing! No warning! Not worth it -- you can do better on the stripOverpriced. Not one staff member or employee (including dealers) was friendly. The room was a ripoff (Forum tower). I have been to Vegas many times and figured I'd try out this place. I won't stay here again. They pretty much sent the vibe that they could care less about our business. we are not huge gamblers, just a couple looking for a nice weekend getaway.
