The staff was absolutely useless here. My first stay at this hotel was a nightmare. Upon Check in, I was checked into a room that was not only given to me BEFORE it was cleaned but the prior guest still had their luggage in the room! I had been carrying VERY heavy luggage and had to bring it all the way back to the Front Desk. They apologized ...

We stayed there for our honeymoon. The best part of its is the location so you dont need to rent a car and can reach to either end of the strip in less walk. Interiors of this hotel is amazing!! Its total different from other hotels.
Fountain of God is nice and there is so much stuff to see, shops and mall !!

The pool is the very best, not to mention the beautiful people wandering all over the place.....The bars all are busy... the food was excellent. Room was very impressive espcially the bathroom.

I am disabled,and they have scooters available to rent,making the visit much easier and pleasant.everything is convieniently located Oh and Celine Dion was the best show ever,even if you have some reservations,its a must,if youre not a fan you will be!!

Very expensive, but overall glad we came here. The room had a plasma TV and a large jacussi tub. We enjoyed the Celine Dion show although it was expensive, began 20 minutes late, and was only a 1hr 20m show. The restraunts and casino were great. Sometimes too much smoke in the casino. We did have difficulty obtaining an envelope from the business concierge.
