Check-in took 1 hour. The blackjack tables are trying to go to 6 to 5 payouts for blackjack. what a rip. off.

The staff was rude from check in to check out, the escalators didnt work, vending machines didnt work, rooms smelled and the place is falling apart, its a dump!

Loved it all! Vegas is awesome. If you can find a deal in the middle of the strip, you've got it. Clean rooms, nice casino, great town!

My husband and I just stayed at Bally's and were 'upgraded' to a suite. The room was really large, but very outdated. I was disappointed with the cleanliness, there were also burn holes in the carpet. The shower was awful and the tile didn't seem very clean. The view of the strip was great and the casino was clean and comfortable. We won't be staying there again.

My husband and visit Las Vegas once or twice a year. We have stayed at many hotels up and down and strip and this is our favorite place. The rooms are great and the staff is always willing to assist. Here is where we will stay whenever we come to Vegas.

Stayed there on our honeymoon and expected a crap room b/c we booked through the airline, however we were pleasantly surprised with a larger than average room and big bathroom. The room was clean and quiet. We didn't have a great view but the quality made up for it.

I was leery too because of some of the reviews, but Bally's was great! I stayed in the South Tower and the rooms were nice, big, and clean. I had an awesome view of the Eiffel Tower from Paris and the Bellagio Fountains. The location is great. You can easily walk to the other Casinos and enjoy the Strip. I didn't eat at the restaurants ...

We checked in but unfortunately our room wasn't available. So they put us up in one of their suites. Then next morning we when down to get the room we booked and were told we could stay in the suite for the duration of our stay. Not only was the room clean but the casino was clean. It was wonderfull. They employees from the desk, bell hops ...

The service was fantastic and the room was large and very clean. I could not believe that the room was FREE. Not just free, but free for 4 days. I don't gamble much, but I do stay a Harrah's properties 2 times a year.
