We reluctantly booked a room here because no other rooms were available in town. My son had a medical appointment. When we first called, we were told it would be $110 a night for 2 queens. We asked about medical rates (they are lower than regular rates) and we were told it was the same. The man didn't speak english well and became irate when we ...

Our stay was not bad...the front desk people were very nice. The waterslide was alright but very unsafe...to many kids and not alot of parents watching their kids, was very wary about letting my lil one go down the slides without me going up there with her. Kids were goin down one right after the other and not watching to see when the last person ...

Terrible Hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/21/06
Stayed there only for the water slides for the kids, which cost extra money, was full of clorine and was freezing cold, waited a year and tried again, even worse... the motel across the street has a water slide and I will be taking my family there.

My brother and I had just returned from a week of camping and were looking for motel to stay at before leaving the following day.
Although Billings' motel rooms were scarce due to the Montana Fair & Rodeo taking place over the weekend (Aug. 12-13), the Billings Hotel had one available.
My tired brother reluctantly shelled out a $110 ...

Need I say more!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/16/06
My husband I stayed there on night. We were sleeping, and we were awoken by a strange scratching noise. My husband awoke and turned on the light and we had a mouse crawling up the wall. Need I say more.
I want you to know how MISERABLE my stay with you was.
I had reserved the Lodge Suite for August 19th and 20th, which happened to be my 10th Wedding Anniversary. I did not place my reservation online nor did I place it with an 800 number. I called your Hotel directly.
I had asked for email confirmation of this, and when I got the email it ...

Good Location poor service, wireless internet only avaiable in the lobby?
Are room had a whole in the wall and was filthy. You pay a about the same price for the room as you would for any other hotel but in order to really use the pool you have to pay an extr $3 or $5 a person to use the water slides that take up the whole pool. So you really can just swim in it. The hot tub was cold. The people who worked there when we ...
