Very big and comfortable room. None of the negative reviews are even remotely accurate - this is a nice hotel and the staff is friendly and helpful. We got a great rate and a great stay.

Our stay at the Billings Hotel was good. The lobby area is nice. Checking in and out was quick and the staff was friendly. Our room was clean.

We had a drink in the bar. Good service. Good drinks. But was very smokey smelling so we didnt stay for more than one.

My only suggestions to the hotel would be to get different beds/bedding; from softer more comfortable mattresses, better pillows, and new/thicker/softer sheets.
